If you do not like the product you have purchased, you can send it back to us within the original packaging within 14 days and a refund will be processed minus the delivery cost. Returned parcels without any particular fault are returned at your own cost.
If there is an issue with the composition of the product, please send it back to us and we will issue a full refund.

When returning any item(s) back to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a courier which provides tracking to ensure that your item does not get lost. Please ensure that returning items are well packed to prevent any damages.
Bed Linen For Hotels holds no liability for any damages or defects to goods that are caused by circumstances beyond it’s reasonable control. All items that are returned to us will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged, used or washed, no refund will be made.
*If you are returning any item(s) back to us due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of return. If you are returning an item which does not have any manufacturing fault, you will be liable for the cost of return.
Bed Linen For Hotels have no liability to you for any delay in delivery, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. During transport network delays, strikes and adverse weather conditions Bed Linen For Hotels will endeavour to keep you updated with the extent of any delays.
