Description
Our flame retardant & waterproof pillows (green tint) are manufactured in UK. They are treated with a Synthetic Poly propylene fabric, which is tested to ensure it complies with British Standard (BS) 7175 1989 Section 3. Our pillows and other FR bedding products, be it cotton or polyester, gain their flame-retardant properties through a quality controlled Chemical process. This process means that our products are treated with a chemical that allows the fabric to form an insulating char when exposed to flames, thus protecting the fabric and providing a completely reliable flame-retardant performance.
Our Flame Retardant and waterproof pillows are filled with 100% polyester FR treated Hollowfibre, which contains fibres that are hollow and can trap air within them, thus insulating the pillow and making it much warmer. Hollowfibre also ensures that the pillow maintains its shape and structure, meaning that they are highly durable. The pillow overlayer is a Green Tint colour and is made from a Polypropylene synthetic fabric, capable of protecting the pillow from spills and stains.
